Extension of the construction work on the S8 line between Pasing and Herrsching due to unforeseen circumstances
The construction work on the S8 line between Pasing and Herrsching, which was originally scheduled to be completed by the end of August, has been surprisingly extended. This is due to unforeseen circumstances that have arisen during the construction work.
The extension of the construction work will affect the train services on the S8 line between Pasing and Herrsching. From September 1st, 2023, there will be no train services between Pasing and Herrsching. A rail replacement service will be provided by buses during this time.
The extension of the construction work is expected to last until the end of October 2023. The S8 line between Pasing and Herrsching is expected to resume normal operation from November 1st, 2023.
